WHY COME TO CHURCH?
There are many reasons why! Here are just a few…
FAITH
We all tussle with Faith - or Belief - in God. Even the most committed Christians. That is what Faith is. Without Doubt there is no Faith. Where would that leave Free Will? By coming to church our Faith can be strengthened. You are not alone!
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6
PRAYER
Why use prayer? When you are deeply worried about something. When there seems no answer. Pray and God will be there for you and the answers will come. We just need to remember to look out for them!
Prayer is powerful. And it works!

GOOD v EVIL
Forces of Good and forces of Evil exist. God is Good; through Him we can strengthen ourselves to fight Evil. Evil can creep into all our lives. It is deceitful and can appear reasonable. It can take over. Strengthening our Faith, using Prayer we can fight this within ourselves and the outside world.
‘Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good’ Romans 12:21
A GIFT FOR YOUR CHILDREN
Our children will be going out into a world where many have been brought up with no Christian Faith. For many the moral compass is wiyhout direction. Decisions are hard to make because there is nowhere to root the decision. Lives can drift meaninglessly - often bringing unhappiness and a deep emptiness. By giving children the chance to know how to live a Christian life you are giving them building blocks for a fulfilled future. Prayer as a powerhouse. Confidence that God is always with them. A good thought as you wave them off that they are, in fact, never alone!
